• Remote assistant will not turn off

    Suggested actions:

    Possibility 1:

    If your remote assistant is currently charging, wait until it is

    fully charged, then disconnect the USB cable.

    Possibility 2:

    Ensure that the key lock is disabled

    Possibility 3:

    Using the tip of a pen, press the hard reset button on the

    back of your remote assistant.
