• CR110 / CR230 Remote Assistant will not charge

    Suggested actions:

    Possibility 1:

    Check the connections between your Remote Assistant, the USB cable and the Cochlear global mains power adapter.

    Possibility 2:

    If you are charging your Remote Assistant using a computer, make sure the computer is still running.

    If the computer has been shut down, is hibernating or in standby mode, your Remote Assistant will stop charging.
