• CP810 / CP900 Error Messages - Processor Unavailable

    • Ensure processor is turned on by processor lights.
    • Ensure processor is within 6 feet (2meters) of Remote Assistant.
    • Ensure correct processor is paired to Remote. To be sure, re-pair this processor to the Remote.
    • Move to another room.
    • Turn processor and RA off then on again.
    • Try a backup battery.
