- Ensure processor is turned on by processor lights.
- Ensure processor is within 6 feet (2meters) of Remote Assistant / Remote Control.
- Ensure correct processor is paired to Remote Assistant / Remote Control. To be sure, re-pair this processor to the Remote Assistant / Remote Control.
- Move to another room.
- Turn processor and Remote Assistant / remote Control off then on again.
- Try a backup battery.
