    Suggested actions:

    Possibility 1:

    Your Remote Assistant may be in standby mode. Press any key to wake up the display.

    Possibility 2:

    Try turning on your Remote Assistant.

    Possibility 3:

    Try recharging your Remote Assistant using the USB cable and Cochlear global mains power adaptor.

    Possibility 4:

    Using the tip of a pen, press the hard reset button on the back of your Remote Assistant. Please note that in this case you have to repeat the pairing between the Remote Assistant and the Sound Processor.
