• Remote Assistant will not turn off

    Suggested actions:

    Possibility 1:

    Your Remote Assistants battery may be empty. Try recharging your Remote Assistant using the USB cable and Cochlear global mains power adaptor.

    Possibility 2:

    Using the tip of a pen, press the hard reset button on the back of your Remote Assistant.
